Student Accommodation

Make a booking via our web site by clicking the apply button and submit your application.

Once the booking is completed and the student opted for a single room or choose that they will be cash paying, an email will be sent to them including all the prices and payment details.

Student submit proof of payment to us.

Required documents from student like ID, proof of registration/ institution acceptance letter etc. must be submitted to us.

We collect the students information and allocate a room of their choice they made on the booking application. We also add student to our Master List.

Lease agreement to be completed, signed and submitted. Together with house rules documents.

Metrorez ambassador will show the student the common areas of the building they will be moving into and perform a room inspection to make sure that all the equipment and space are in good condition to stay in.

The ambassador will give the student a key and explain procedures such as how to log Myspace and details to contact if they have any questions.
